The SureFire SOCOM762-MINI2 black suppressor is a compact 7.62mm Fast-Attach can for .308 rifles with 16-inch and longer barrels (SureFire part no. SOCOM762-MINI2-BK). SureFire kept the package short so it adds just 3.8 inches to the rifle while keeping the quality of the suppressor that dominated the USSOCOM trials. Internal baffling is tuned to cut back pressure, cyclic rate and gas blowback, and it reduces sound and dust signature with virtually undetectable first-round flash. It is designed and manufactured in the U.S.A. For a .308 rifle that has to stay handy, it trims bulk without giving up the SOCOM pedigree.
