The SureFire SOCOM762-MINI2 in black is a compact 7.62mm Fast-Attach suppressor for .308 rifles with 16-inch and longer barrels (SureFire part no. SOCOM762-MINI2-BK). SureFire kept it short so it adds only 3.8 inches to the rifle while holding to the standard of the suppressor that won the USSOCOM trials. Internal baffling is tuned to cut back pressure, cyclic rate and gas blowback, with virtually undetectable first-round flash. It is designed and manufactured in the U.S.A. For a .308 rifle that has to stay handy, it trims bulk without giving up the SOCOM pedigree.
