The Colt Python .357 Magnum 8-Inch Blued Revolver, Walnut Grips (Colt part no. PYTHON-BP8WTS) is an 8-inch blued Python with a forged carbon steel frame and walnut grips. The full-lug, ventilated-rib barrel and the 13.5-inch overall length give it a long sight radius. The long barrel gives a longer sight radius and more weight out front, which suits range sessions and target shooting. It builds on the Snake Gun legacy that Colt revived with the modern Python, and it ships as a six-round .357 Magnum revolver.
