The Sierra MatchKing 6mm 70 gr Hollow Point Boat Tail (Sierra part no. 1505) is one of Sierra’s pre-eminent target bullets, a line where every design decision is driven by accuracy above all else. MatchKing bullets use very thin jackets drawn to an exacting concentricity standard of just 0.0003-inch maximum variation, with individual bullet weight held to within plus or minus 0.3 grain. All MatchKings share a hollow point design with a very small meplat for a high ballistic coefficient, and this 6mm loading carries the boat tail shape that further minimizes drag.
