The Nosler Safari 416 Remington Magnum 20-round box (Nosler part no. 40616) is part of the Trophy Grade Safari line and loads a 400-grain Spitzer Partition bullet into Nosler Premium Brass. The Partition has been the benchmark for hunting bullets since 1948 and is the design the company was founded on. Its dual-core construction expands the front core quickly while an integral partition supports the mushroom and keeps the rear core intact, retaining more than two-thirds of the original bullet weight. Nosler lists this load for dangerous game, with a published muzzle velocity of 2400 fps and 5115 ft-lbs of energy from a 24-inch test barrel.
