The Hornady AeroMatch Bullets, 6.5mm/.264 Caliber, 140 gr, 500 (Hornady part no. 263031) is built around Hornady’s compound (hybrid) ogive profile, which splits the difference between a tangent and secant ogive for a bullet that aligns well with the bore, holds a high ballistic coefficient, and is less sensitive to seating depth than a pure secant-ogive match bullet. Packed 500, it gives 6.5mm/.264 Caliber handloaders a consistent, confirmed-spec component for loading their own ammunition rather than relying on a factory load.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many bullets come in a box? This box holds 500.

Does this bullet have a polymer tip like ELD Match? No — AeroMatch uses a compound ogive profile without a polymer tip, popular with long-range competitors who single-load cartridges by hand.

Will this bullet fit my rifle? Bullets are sized by bore diameter, not by cartridge name — this 6.5mm/.264 Caliber bullet fits any cartridge sharing that bore diameter, including 6.5 Creedmoor, .260 Remington, 6.5×55 Swedish, and other 6.5mm-bore rifle cartridges.
