The Great Lakes 1911 Commander .45 ACP in Black Cherry is a 4.25-inch stainless steel 1911 with an RMSc optic cut and a Cerakote finish (Great Lakes part no. GL1911-45CSSCHY). Great Lakes equips it with a skeletonized adjustable trigger and ambidextrous controls, and ships it with two 8-round magazines. Window cuts in the slide reduce weight, and the custom aluminum grip panels are made in-house. It suits competition shooters and defensive users who want a modern, optic-ready 1911.
