The Escort PS 20 Gauge Realtree Timber is a 28-inch gas-operated semi-auto for the field (Escort part no. HEPS202805TB). Hatsan’s SMART Valve Piston self-regulates to cycle 2 3/4-inch and 3-inch magnum loads, and the FAST Loading System allows one-handed loading. A brass bead sits on a 7mm checkered, ventilated anti-glare rib, with an 11mm groove on the receiver for scope mounts. Stock shims adjust drop and cast, and the rubber pad has three spacers for length of pull. This is a lightweight 20 gauge, at 6.2 pounds, that suits a long day afield.
