The Canik METE MC9LS pistol (brand part no. HG7896DRPN) extends the METE MC9 platform with a longer 3.64-inch barrel, 0.46 inches longer than the standard MC9, for a longer sight radius while keeping the compact footprint. Century Arms chambers the pistol in 9mm with a 17+1 capacity and an overall length of 6.75 inches, and it accepts all standard and extended-capacity Canik magazines. The optic-ready, serrated slide accepts a red dot directly, and the design omits a thumb safety in favor of a clean, striker-fired trigger. Among longer-slide semi-auto handguns, this METE MC9LS configuration favors carriers who want a longer sight radius on a compact 9mm.
