The Barrett MRAD SMR .308 Winchester rifle with a 24-inch fluted barrel and a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote finish (Barrett part no. 18515) is the Single Mission Rifle from Barrett, a fixed-caliber version of the MRAD built for shooters who do not need interchangeable barrels. This 24-inch model is chambered in .308 Winchester and finished in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote. It trims weight and length compared with the standard MRAD and keeps about 90 percent parts commonality with it. The free-float barrel, fixed stock with a height-adjustable cheek piece and suppressor-capable muzzle brake make it a practical precision rifle for the range, competition and the field.
