The A-Zoom Rifle Snap Cap in .30-30 Winchester is a pack of two inert training rounds for lever-action and other .30-30 rifles (brand part no. 12229). They are not live ammunition and cannot fire. A-Zoom says its rifle snap caps release the firing pin safely and without damage on any rifle. The maker also points to trigger-pull tuning, offhand dry firing, smooth cycling practice and training new shooters. A pair is enough to rehearse loading and cycling.
