The EGW HD Henry Octagon Barrel Picatinny Scope Base, 0 MOA (EGW part no. 81118) is a one-piece rail contoured to sit flush on the flat top of a Henry octagon barrel. EGW lists it for the Henry Golden Boy H004 and the first-generation Big Boy H006, and says it does not fit round-barrel Henrys. It is machined from solid 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in matte black hardcoat anodizing. The full-length cross slots let you set eye relief for a scope on a lever gun.

Key Specifications

• The mount is made for the Henry octagon barrel rifles, including the Golden Boy H004 and first-generation Big Boy H006, so it matches that receiver instead of a generic pattern.
• Built-in elevation is 0 MOA, which sets how the optic sits relative to the bore.
• It is machined from solid 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, which keeps the mount strong without adding bulk.
• The finish is matte black hardcoat anodizing, a coating that protects the aluminum from scratches and wear.
• Center spread is 0.500 inch, the distance between the two middle mounting holes.
• Overall length is 5.882 inches, which sets how much rail is available for ring placement.
• Height is 0.35 inch from the top of the receiver to the top of the Picatinny rail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this fit a Henry with a round barrel? No. The rail is machined to match the flat top surface of an octagon barrel and will not seat properly on a round-barrel model.

Does it fit the Golden Boy? EGW lists it for the Henry Golden Boy with an octagon barrel, including the H004.

When is 0 MOA the right choice? EGW calls 0 MOA ideal for most hunting and shooting from 25 to 200 yards, and its 20 MOA version suits longer-distance shooting.
