The FAB Defense GLR-16 CP is an adjustable cheek-rest buttstock for AR-15 and M4 style rifles (FAB Defense part no. FXGLR16CP). It adds a stock extension, a non-slip rubber butt pad and a cheek rest that raises to fit your optic height. A sealed compartment in the stock holds two CR123 or AA batteries, and the stock maintains the contour and size of the original design. For a carbine that wears a red dot or magnified optic and needs a better cheek weld, it is a ready-made upgrade over a plain mil-spec stock.

Key Specifications

• The stock fits M4 and AR-15 buffer tubes, and its patented anti-rattle mechanism works on both mil-spec and commercial aftermarket tubes.
• The adjustable cheek rest raises the comb from 133 mm stowed to 163 mm deployed, which lines the eye up behind an optic.
• The non-slip rubber butt pad has a unique traction design that holds the shoulder pocket steady.
• A sealed battery compartment holds two CR123 or AA batteries, with a rubber fixation that eliminates rattle.
• Three integrated sling slots, one at the front and two at the rear, give several ways to attach a sling.
• Ambidextrous quick-detach swivel connectors are built into the rear of the stock for a quick-release sling.
• The texture is enhanced non-slip, which keeps the stock steady against body armor.
