The FAB Defense GL-Shock CP Buttstock (brand part number FXGLSHOCKCP) brings a patented shock-absorbing design to an AR-15, M16, or M4, built around an Anti-Rattle mechanism with a silicon chrome alloy spring that quiets the stock and softens felt recoil. FAB Defense molds the shell from mil-spec reinforced polymer composite and builds it to run on both mil-spec and commercial buffer tubes, with a watertight compartment inside for storing two CR123A 3V lithium batteries or standard AA cells. An adjustable cheek-rest lets a shooter dial in a consistent cheek weld for a red dot or magnified optic, while an integral ribbed, non-slip rubber butt pad and quick-detach sling swivel connectors on both sides round out the black-finished stock.
