The Bergara Premier Barreled Action (Bergara part no. BPBA26-300PRC) pairs a bolt-action Premier receiver with a 22-inch, number 4-contour stainless steel barrel chambered in .300 PRC, giving long-range hunters and shooters a match-grade foundation for a custom magnum build. Bergara cuts the barrel with a 1-in-9-inch twist to stabilize the heavy, high-BC bullets .300 PRC is designed around, and the number 4 contour balances weight against the stiffness needed for repeatable accuracy. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion through hard field and range use. Sold as a barreled action rather than a complete rifle, it drops into the chassis or stock of the builder’s choice, skipping the barrel-fitting step of a full custom build.
