The YHM Nielsen Piston in 9mm with an M13.5x1LH thread fits 9mm barrels with a left-hand metric muzzle thread (brand part no. YHM-2060-M). Yankee Hill Machine machines it from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel with 10 adjustment points for zeroing any impact shift. The left-hand M13.5 pitch is a different fit from the 1/2×28 and 1/2×36 versions, so this one covers barrels those do not. It works with YHM booster setups and many popular pistol suppressors.
