The YHM Nielsen Piston in 9mm with a 1/2×36 thread is a drop-in replacement piston for YHM booster setups on barrels with that pitch (brand part no. YHM-2060-36). Yankee Hill Machine makes it from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel and gives it 10 adjustment points to zero any impact shift. The 1/2×36 pitch is a separate fit from the 1/2×28 piston, so it is easy to overlook. Pair it with a booster or a compatible pistol suppressor to keep a 9mm host cycling.
