Built for high-volume varmint work, the Nosler Varmageddon .204 Ruger 32gr Flat Base Tipped Ammunition packs 20 rounds of 32-grain flat base tipped bullets (Nosler part no. 65115). The 32-grain bullet pairs a lead-alloy core with a copper-alloy jacket and a flat-base design, which Nosler says expands violently on impact while delivering bench-rest accuracy. It rides in Nosler premium brass and is rated at 4000 fps and 1137 ft-lbs of energy from a 24-inch test barrel. Nosler created the Nosler Varmageddon line for the high-volume varmint shooter at an economical price. At 300 yards the published velocity is still 2487 fps, which gives a prairie or farm-field shooter a flat, fast load to work with.
