The Sierra Sports Master 38 Cal Bullets, 140 gr Jacketed Hollow Cavity (Sierra part no. 8325) are Sierra‘s handgun bullets for 38-caliber reloaders, sold 100 to a box. Sports Master is built around Sierra’s Power Jacket, engineered to give reliable expansion and superb accuracy out of a handgun barrel, and at 140 grains this is the heaviest 38-caliber Sports Master weight Sierra offers, using a deeper hollow cavity profile rather than the shallower hollow point Sierra builds into its lighter 38-caliber weights. The bullet has established itself both on the range and in the field, and it delivers adequate energy for NRA Hunter Silhouette competition.
