This Zastava 40-round 7.62×39 polymer AK magazine (brand part no. ZAPMAG40) is a Serbian-made, military-grade double-stack magazine for AK rifles. The polymer frame contains steel-reinforced rear locking lugs, and a steel follower holds the bolt open on the last round. Zastava Arms describes it as the magazine used by Serbian military special forces, and it is tested across a wide temperature range. It fits AKs that use 7.62×39 double-stack magazines, so it works for range days, training and extra capacity for a Kalashnikov-pattern rifle.
