The Winchester Model 70 Featherweight Stainless in 7mm Remington Magnum pairs a weather-resistant stainless barrel and receiver with a gloss AAAA dark maple stock (Winchester part no. 535236230). It keeps the Schnabel fore-end and cut checkering of the classic Featherweight and the Pre-64-style controlled-round-feed action. The 24-inch barrel gives the cartridge room to work, and a Pachmayr Decelerator pad takes the edge off recoil. It is an all-around big game rifle for deer, hogs and antelope.
