The Weaver Extended Multi-Slot Base (brand part no. 99468) is a firearm-specific fit for the Ruger American in long action, giving a shooter extra slots to position scope rings exactly where they need to be. That extended slot layout makes it easier to dial in proper eye relief on rifles paired with longer or higher-magnification scopes. It ships in a matte finish to blend with most Ruger American builds. As a direct-fit base, it installs the same way as the factory mounting hardware.
