The Weatherby Model 307 Adventure SD in 25 Creedmoor (brand part no. 3WASD25CMR4B) is built on Weatherby’s newest bolt-action platform, the Model 307, a 2-lug fully cylindrical action compatible with a wide range of aftermarket stocks, triggers, and mounts. Weatherby finishes the fluted barrel, receiver, bolt, and safety in Graphite Black Cerakote and pairs the action with a fancy walnut stock featuring a rosewood forend and grip cap with maple diamond inlay and spacers. The 22-inch barrel ships with a brake installed, and a two-position safety keeps operation simple. Among bolt guns in the bolt action rifles category, the Adventure SD favors hunters who want classic walnut styling on a modern, accessory-compatible action.
