The TruGlo Dovetail Front Sight (TruGlo part no. TG95450RG) is a 3/8-inch dovetail-mount front sight built for rifles, standing 0.450 inch tall with a green fiber optic insert set into a black ramp body. TruGlo CNC-machines the sight from steel rather than casting it, so the dovetail base holds a tight, repeatable fit in the receiver’s mounting cut. The 0.060-inch fiber optic rod gathers ambient light and glows green against a dark front sight picture, making it easier to find fast in low light than a plain black post. Because it’s a fixed sight with no elevation adjustment, it’s built to install and stay zeroed rather than to be dialed in the field.
