Truglo’s TFX sights (part no. TG13NV3A) are built for Nova shotguns. They combine Swiss tritium with fiber optics in a single sight picture, so the front sight stays bright under a fiber-optic glow by day and the tritium capsule keeps glowing after the lights go out.

The illuminating elements are sealed inside a chemical- and shock-resistant capsule, and the steel body carries Truglo’s rust-resistant FORTRESS finish. The design is snag-resistant and built specifically for mounting on the Nova shotgun barrel rib.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this sight set fit my Nova? This specific TFX set is machined to fit Nova shotguns; Truglo sells other TFX variants for pistols and other shotguns, so double-check your exact model before ordering.

Do these sights require batteries? No. The tritium capsules glow on their own with no batteries required, while the fiber-optic rod gathers ambient light during the day.

How long does the tritium glow last? Tritium sight inserts typically stay bright for several years before the glow fades enough to need replacement; Truglo’s fiber-optic front stays usable in daylight regardless.
