The Trijicon VCOG 1-6×24 Riflescope, Green Horseshoe, .223 77gr (Trijicon part no. VC16C1600043) is a rugged variable powered riflescope built to handle both close quarters battle and longer distance marksmanship in one optic. Its green horseshoe dot and crosshair reticle is calibrated specifically for .223 Remington at 77 grains, a common heavier-for-caliber load, giving a bullet drop compensating aiming reference tuned to that exact ballistic profile. The first-focal-plane design keeps the reticle’s holdover marks accurate at any magnification from 1x to 6x, and Trijicon’s Bindon Aiming Concept lets the shooter keep both eyes open for fast target transitions. A single AA battery powers the LED illumination for up to 1400 hours of continuous use, and the scope ships with a TA51 mount included.
