The Tisas 1911 Duty Full Size .45 ACP pistol with a threaded barrel (brand part no. 10100506) is Tisas‘s suppressor-ready take on the government-size 1911, wearing flat dark earth Cerakote over a carbon steel frame and slide. The 5.5-inch black threaded barrel gives a suppressor or compensator a place to go, and the extra half inch beyond a standard 5-inch barrel is what clears the slide with a device mounted. The slide is cut for an optic, the frame carries an accessory rail for a light, and the beavertail grip safety keeps the hand high and protected under recoil. Capacity is 8+1 with the included magazine, the classic single-stack .45 count. For a shooter who wants a railed, optic-ready 1911 that is set up for a can without gunsmithing, the Duty threaded model covers it at a working price.
