The Tisas 1911DS Duty (brand part no. 12500904) is a double-stack 1911-pattern pistol chambered in 9mm, pairing classic single-action 1911 controls with a modern 18-round magazine capacity. Tisas finishes this configuration in FDE with a 5-inch barrel and an optic-ready, serrated slide, and backs up the sight picture with Hi-Viz fiber optic sights. Fully ambidextrous controls make the platform equally fast for right- and left-handed shooters. Among semi-auto handguns, this 1911DS Duty configuration favors shooters who want 1911 feel without the traditional single-stack capacity trade-off.
