The Tanfoglio Defiant Stock I 9mm is a steel-framed, double-action competition pistol with a 4.5-inch barrel and a black finish (Tanfoglio part no. TFSTOCKI9). Tanfoglio designed the Stock I for practical shooting and IDPA, and it gives newer shooters an approachable way into sport shooting. The slide carries improved serrations for positive operation, and the frame has a longer fore end and a Picatinny base for mounting a light or laser. Wood grips, a blade front sight and an adjustable rear sight round out a pistol aimed at the range and the match bay.
