The Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 Sport .22 LR is a rimfire rifle styled after the AR-15, with a 16.5-inch barrel and a 25-round magazine (Smith & Wesson part no. 10208). A 10-inch slim handguard with M-LOK slots lets you add accessories without removing it, and a 2-inch M-LOK rail panel comes with the rifle. Removable Magpul MBUS folding sights are fitted front and rear, so the rifle is ready for the range as delivered. The AR-style layout makes it a low-cost way to practice with familiar controls. It is a natural pick for new shooters, plinking and trigger-time training from Smith & Wesson.
