The Sig Sauer Romeo-X SIG-LOC Pro 3 MOA Green Dot (brand part no. SORX1580) is a fully enclosed, sealed pistol red dot with a 3 MOA green dot reticle, built exclusively for SIG-LOC Pro optic-ready slides. Sig machines the housing from 7075 aluminum around a sealed, argon-purged optical system with a distortion-free aspherical glass lens. The battery loads from the side, so changing it never disturbs your zero, and MOTAC motion activation stretches a single CR1632 to a rated 20,000 hours. The deck height is low enough for absolute co-witness with standard-height iron sights. It mounts from underneath the slide with Sig’s SIG-LOC system, five points of contact for zero retention. For a carry or duty pistol that needs a rugged dot from the maker’s own line, it is a straightforward choice.
