The Sierra MatchKing 6.5 Creedmoor 130gr HPBT Bullets (Sierra part no. 1729) are precision-grade hollow point boat tail projectiles built for handloaders chasing tight groups at distance. Sierra designs every MatchKing bullet with accuracy as the single driving goal, and this 130-grain 6.5 Creedmoor offering is a favorite for long-range target work and PRS-style competition. Each box holds 100 bullets, enough for a serious load-development session or several matches worth of handloads.

Key Specifications

• .264 caliber / 6.5mm bore diameter matches the 6.5 Creedmoor bore for a precise fit.
• 130-grain bullet weight balances flat trajectory with strong retained energy at distance.
• Hollow point boat tail profile combines a small meplat with a tapered base for a high ballistic coefficient.
• Thin, concentric jacket held to 0.0003-inch runout keeps every bullet flying true from lot to lot.
• Weight tolerance held to plus or minus 0.3 grain gives handloaders consistent, repeatable ballistics.
• 100 bullets per box covers extended load workups without a mid-session reorder.
• Built for target and competition accuracy rather than controlled-expansion hunting performance.
• Sold as a bare reloading component, not loaded ammunition, pairing with brass, a primer, and a powder charge you select.
• Recommended primarily for 6.5 Creedmoor target and PRS-style rifles, the same bore this bullet is sized for.
