The Savage Axis 2 Pro .25-06 Remington Rifle in Forest SP Camo (Savage part no. 33279) is a right-hand bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in .25-06 Remington, with a Forest SP camouflage stock over Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote metalwork. Savage Arms builds the Axis 2 Pro around a 20-inch spiral-fluted, threaded heavy sporter barrel, a one-piece 0 MOA rail and the user-adjustable AccuTrigger. .25-06 Remington is a flat-shooting long-action cartridge used on deer, pronghorn and coyotes. The redesigned stock has enhanced texturing and an adaptable length of pull, and the four-round detachable box magazine is quick to swap. The Forest SP stock and bronze Cerakote metalwork give it a look distinct from the Bottomland versions in the Axis 2 Pro line.
