The Rugged Fixed Mount 11/16×24 is a stand-alone mounting accessory from Rugged Suppressors for carbine and subgun platforms that have fixed barrels (brand part no. OF008). On the Obsidian45 and Obsidian9 it replaces the booster system, which is the part a fixed-barrel host does not need the way a recoiling handgun does. This version is cut for 11/16×24 barrel threads, and Rugged sells the Fixed Mount in other thread pitches, so the thread is the detail to match to your barrel. Rugged states the Fixed Mount is not used with the 3 Lug Mount or the Fixed Barrel Spacer, so it is chosen in place of those two parts.
