The Rost Martin RM1C CA Model 9mm Pistol in gray (brand part no. RM1CGRYOSP10CA) is the gray California version of the optic-ready RM1C compact striker-fired pistol. Rost Martin fits it with a crowned 4-inch hammer-forged barrel, a low bore axis and Responsive Grip Texturing. As Rost Martin describes its California-compliant models, it includes a magazine disconnect. The slide is cut for a red dot with a metal RMR plate and keeps the serrations and Picatinny rail of the standard RM1C. Gray is offered only on the California models.

Key Specifications

• Chambering is 9mm, a cartridge with wide ammunition availability for carry, training and range work.
• The barrel is a 4-inch hammer-forged match barrel with a crowned muzzle, built for accuracy out of the box.
• The finish and color are gray, as listed by Rost Martin for this version of the RM1C.
• The slide is optic-ready and comes with a metal RMR plate, so a red dot can go on without milling the slide.
• California-compliant models include a magazine disconnect, which Rost Martin notes may affect trigger pull weight.
• The flat-face trigger has a short reset and a clean break, which helps with consistent shot-to-shot control.
• The slide is Tenifer-treated, a finish that resists corrosion and wear in daily carry and harsh weather.
• Aggressive front and rear slide serrations give a positive grip for manipulation, and non-glare top serrations cut eye fatigue and speed up sight picture.
• Responsive Grip Texturing is a laser-stippled pattern designed to grip back as hand pressure increases.
