The Rise Armament Ambidextrous Safety Selector (brand part no. RA-6423-BLK) upgrades an AR-15, AR-10, or AR9 with a genuinely ambidextrous safety that both left- and right-handed shooters can run comfortably. Rise Armament machines it from 316 stainless steel and finishes it in black nitride, then self-contains the detent and spring inside the selector body so you never have to chase a flying detent during installation or a swap. It throws a quick 69 degrees between safe and fire, a shorter arc than many factory selectors, for a faster, more positive transition to the shot. The long and short paddles are interchangeable and locked in place with a detent instead of screws, so they won’t walk loose under recoil, and either paddle length can go on either side for a true left- or right-hand setup.
