The Remington Core-Lokt Tipped Lever Gun .30-30 Winchester 150gr load is a box of 20 rounds (Remington part no. R21428) and is built for the rifles lever-action hunters still carry. It uses a flat polymer tip that improves aerodynamics and initiates expansion while remaining suited to tubular magazines, over the controlled-expansion Core-Lokt construction. This .30-30 Winchester load throws a 150-grain bullet at 2390 fps and is listed by Remington for big game. For a lever-gun owner who wants more reach from a classic cartridge, it is a straightforward upgrade.
