This is rotor #23 (part number 86023) from RCBS‘s 28-piece Little Dandy Powder Rotor lineup, the interchangeable metering cores that turn a Little Dandy Powder Measure into a dedicated charge thrower for a specific load. Reloaders running high-volume sessions on multiple cartridges keep several rotors on hand and change them out in seconds instead of re-zeroing a single adjustable measure. Rotor #23 slides into any Little Dandy body, hand-held or bench-mounted.

Key Specifications

• interchangeable with all 28 Little Dandy rotor sizes so it drops into any Little Dandy Powder Measure body without modification.
• meters powder strictly by volume, not by weight giving repeatable charges once a rotor is matched to a load.
• built exclusively for the RCBS Little Dandy Powder Measure and is not a fit for other RCBS or competitor powder measures.
• requires no re-calibration when swapped in or out so changing loads is as fast as changing rotors.
• compatible with standard smokeless reloading powders covering the propellants most bench and progressive reloaders already stock.
• ships at approximately 0.2813 lb light enough that a full set stores easily in a range bag or bench drawer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the rotor number mean? Each Little Dandy rotor is a fixed metering volume; RCBS publishes a rotor chart matching each numbered rotor to specific powder/charge combinations, so confirm rotor #23 against that chart for your intended load before loading.

Will this rotor fit my Little Dandy Powder Measure? Yes. All 28 Little Dandy rotor sizes, including #23, are interchangeable in every Little Dandy Powder Measure body RCBS has produced.
