The Radian Weapons Afterburner & Ramjet Micro Comp and Match Barrel (brand part no. G19G4-IL-RN) combines a match-grade cut 9mm Luger barrel with an integrated compensator built specifically for the Glock 19 Gen 4. Radian rates the compensator at a 44 percent reduction in felt recoil, and because the unit has no exposed threads, it ships legal in all states without extra NFA paperwork for a muzzle device. Installing it also extends the slide’s length and sight radius to roughly match a Glock 17, giving the G19 a longer sighting plane without swapping the whole pistol. The barrel and compensator assembly ships without sights, at roughly 0.75 lb, ready to drop into a compatible Glock 19 Gen 4.
