The Meprolight Tru-Dot Night Sights for the Glock standard frame, green front with a yellow rear (Meprolight part no. 0102243201), are a fixed tritium set built for carry and duty pistols. The front sight carries a green tritium vial and the rear carries a yellow one, a color split that lets you pick out the front sight first. Both vials are Swiss-made tritium, so the sights need no battery or charging and stay on around the clock. By day you get the Tru-Dot pattern of three bright white dots, and in low light the tritium takes over. The ultralight steel set is designed as a direct upgrade to factory sights.
