The MDT Oryx Sportsman Chassis (brand part number 106018-BLK) is a black anodized aluminum metal chassis built for the Remington 700 short action, engineered to improve both accuracy and ergonomics over a traditional wood or polymer stock. The action beds directly to the aluminum block and the barrel is fully free-floated, removing the point-to-point contact that can throw off a rifle’s accuracy as it heats up. An adjustable buttstock lets the shooter dial in length of pull and comb height for a consistent, repeatable cheek weld behind a scope. Compatible with AR15 pistol grips, ARCA rails, and M-LOK accessories, the Oryx Sportsman turns a factory Remington 700 into a fully modular precision platform.
