The Maxim Defense CQB Gen 7 Stock (brand part number MXM-47617) is a black anodized aluminum collapsible stock built for comfort and durability on a mil-spec AR-15, deploying to length with a simple pull rather than a button to push. At its most collapsed position it adds only 5.35 inches to the rifle, while full extension matches the length of a standard extended carbine stock, and four total positions let shooters dial in the fit for different body types, gear loadouts, and shooting positions. This Gen 7 version sports a sleeker profile than the Gen 6, removing the side sling swivel attachment points from the housing in favor of a factory-installed ambidextrous sling mount. It ships complete with a standard buffer and mil-spec buffer tube, so it is ready to install on a mil-spec lower.
