The Magpul M-LOK Thumb Shelf in black (Magpul part no. MAG1566-BLK) gives the support hand a consistent place to push against recoil. Magpul molds the ambidextrous shelf from its proprietary polymer, with a ribbed, curved top that improves thumb contact and leverage against muzzle rise. It also helps when you brace the rifle against a barrier. It takes up just one M-LOK slot, but it is designed only for octagonal M-LOK handguards and forends, so check your handguard before ordering. It is made in the USA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it for right-handed or left-handed shooters? Neither is favored. Magpul designed the Thumb Shelf to be ambidextrous.
