The LMT Defense MWS lightweight 7.62×51 13.5-inch barrel is a chrome-lined, 1:10 twist barrel built for LMT’s MWS upper receivers (LMT part no. R-LM308B113). The lightweight profile takes weight out of the barrel, which helps a shorter 7.62×51 rifle stay quick and balanced. LMT includes a low profile gas block, a straight gas tube and an A2 flash hider with the barrel. It suits a builder putting together a compact .308-class rifle on an LMT MWS platform.
