The Leupold 50029 standard base for Browning A-Bolt LR receivers in gloss black matches rifles carrying Browning’s traditional glossy blued finish, rather than the matte tactical look most bases default to. Leupold machines this two-piece base from steel, and the rear ring’s windage adjustment screws handle lateral alignment while the scope’s own turret stays free for fine zeroing. Shim compatibility allows gross elevation correction, and the base sets 0 MOA to preserve the scope’s internal elevation range. Among finish-matched scope bases for Browning A-Bolt LR rifles, this gloss black configuration completes a traditional-finish build.
