The Leupold BackCountry 2-piece 30mm mount for the Weatherby Mark V receiver (part no. 171125) is a purpose-built integral mount for lightweight, high-precision hunting rifle setups. Leupold machines the mount from 7075-T6 aluminum for strong yet light performance suited to backcountry use, and the integral base and rings eliminate separate base-to-ring alignment while saving weight. A milled recoil lug and low-profile keeper screw improve retention and preserve a slim profile under recoil. Among Mark V-specific scope bases, this BackCountry 30mm configuration includes rings for a complete mounting solution.
