The Savage Impulse Big Game in .300 Winchester Magnum is a straight-pull rifle with a 24-inch threaded barrel and a Savage Woodland camo stock (brand part no. SAV 58026). Savage machines the receiver from aluminum with a Hazel Green Cerakote finish and a one-piece 20 MOA rail, then pairs it with a medium-contour fluted carbon steel barrel. The straight-pull action lets you cycle the bolt without rotating it, and the round knob bolt handle and ambidextrous handling make it quick to run. It is built for long-range big game hunting.
