The Hornady Custom Lite .308 Winchester 125gr SST, 20-Round Box load (brand part no. 80866) is a 20-round box of .308 Winchester ammunition from the Hornady Custom Lite line. Custom Lite loads use slightly lighter bullets and modified propellants for significant recoil reduction over standard loads, and this one carries a 125-grain SST bullet. Hornady designs the line for shooters who want to keep recoil and muzzle blast to a minimum while still using a favorite rifle. Hornady lists 2675 fps and 1986 ft-lb at the muzzle from a 24-inch test barrel. It is a good fit for a lighter-kicking day in the field or at the bench.
