The Hi-Point 995 9mm carbine in Olive Drab is the base 995 in a green color, with a threaded 16.5-inch barrel and a 10-round magazine (Hi-Point part no. 995TSOD). Hi-Point lists Olive Drab alongside Flat Dark Earth as the two solid-color alternatives to black. Hi-Point builds it in the USA around an all-weather polymer stock. It fits shooters who want a green carbine for the range, the farm or a vehicle.

Key Specifications

• The chambering is 9mm, an affordable, widely available pistol cartridge that suits a carbine for range and home use.
• Barrel length is 16.5 inches, long enough to gain velocity over a pistol barrel without making the carbine unwieldy.
• The barrel is threaded 1/2×28 as standard, ready for a muzzle device or suppressor mount.
• The magazine holds 10 rounds, the standard magazine that ships with the carbine.
• The color is Olive Drab, on an all-weather skeletonized polymer stock with an internal recoil buffer.
• Sights are fully adjustable, a rear peep with a post front, so the carbine can be zeroed to your chosen load.
• A manual safety gives a positive on/off control, and a thumb magazine release speeds reloads.
• Overall length is 31 inches, a compact package for a carbine with a 16.5-inch barrel.
• Weight is 6.25 pounds, light enough to carry through a long range session.
• Picatinny rails are built in, so an optic, light or laser mounts without an adapter.
