The Heritage Model 92 Ranch Hand in .44 Magnum (brand part no. RH92044121) is a compact lever-action pistol with a 12-inch barrel and wood furniture. Heritage Arms built it to offer the same build quality as the Model 92 in a smaller, lighter and more playful package. It has a thumb safety, adjustable sights and a six-round capacity. The 24-inch overall length makes it easier to handle than a carbine, and it has an old-west look that suits plinking and fun at the range. It is a novelty handgun in the best sense, built for the fun of a lever gun without a stock.
